We place high-quality producing loan agents that are highly professional.While production is a must, egos are to be checked at the door.
Required minimum qualifications.
- Must have closed $10-20 million or more in residential loan volume in
2007; proof with documentation
- Licensed within the State and
in good standing.Minimum of 1 years experience as a loan agent doing
residential loans on the retail level.
- Must have a current established database of qualified clientele and business partners.
Must have closed 3 or more loans in the 4th quarter 2007
and 3 or more loans in 1st quarter 2008.
Must have ambition and dedication.
We charge a Flat Fee of $500.00 per
